I was walking down Main Street on Sunday morning and noticed a couple of people sitting in a parked car applying make up, and I’m not just talking about a little bit of eye liner. I knew that the Insane Clown Posse had to be back in town.
So, juggalos, help me understand why you do this. Why mimic two nearly-middle-aged guys who sing about “subjects such as cannibalism, rape, murder and necrophilia,” and whose albums are near universally panned by music critics? What makes you tick? Cheaper than therapy? Just having fun? Shock value for mom or dad? If you are pictured in any of the photos below, please click on your photo and leave a comment. And let me know if you’d be interested in doing some studio or location shoots.

My eight-year-old’s eyes are not normally crossed, but blowing out the candles of her birthday cake was apparently enough to short circuit her optical nerves!

Now through November 8, fifteen photographs from my 2006 project “A Day in the Life of Worcester” are on display at the QCC/ArtsWorcester Corridor Gallery at Quinsigamond Community College. The opening reception will be Tuesday, September 16, complete with hors d’oeuvres, drinks and a discussion of the photos. The reception runs from 6 to 8, with a talk and Q and A session from 6:30-7.
The gallery is located in the Administration Building, just inside the southernmost doors on the side of the building facing West Boylston Street.
